Tooling

West End Tool & Die has an in-house engineering and tooling department. We design and manufacture all of the dies we run in house.

This gives us control of our quality and tooling around your prototypes or prototypes we produce.  We also have the capability to handle rush orders and revisions in a timely manner and avoid delays associated with outside maintenance.

Our tool room utilizes the latest CAD technology software, wire EDM technology and CNC equipment to design, build and maintain progressive dies.  We have CNC capability up to 90″ of travel.
